Frequently Asked Questions
How do I participate?
After you register you will receive an email with advanced coaching to set your intention. AND a special link to submit your intention.
 
During the Event, there are 2 times when we will open this transformative space.(6 AM EST & 9 PM EST)
 
To receive be in a position of comfort, not doing something else. You are welcome to use calming music if you prefer. You do not need to sign in anywhere or call a number.
 
No need to sit a certain way, no special breathing or mantras required. Just peace, expansion and deep connection.
Can I participate at BOTH times??
Absolutely!
We chose 2 different times to accommodate people's busy lives and time zones.
 
Protip: Attend at 6am
Notice throughout the day thoughts or impressions that arise. Write them down, draw images, connect in some way.
but: DON'T be attached...just neutrally observe.
 
Then ....come on back for the second session at 9pm EST
 
Note: It is not uncommon to move into a deeply relaxed and altered state during these events. You may even fall asleep. 
Is this the same as distance healing?
Yes and No.
Distance healing also requires a receptive state. But here we are aligning your Soul with the creative forces of the Universe so that YOU can create from your unlimited self more easily.
 
Deb and Mikala are doing the energy work for you while you bask in supportive, loving energy.
